Timus Online Judge is the oldest online judge system in Russia. It is the largest Russian archive of problems from different programming contests. The server was created and managed by Ural State University students.

Since timus continues with 6-digit author ID,

if( !HttpGet( Host, StringPrintf( "http://acm.timus.ru/status.aspx?space=1&author=%.5s", judge_id.c_str() ), response ) )

makes "SubSubmit: Too many loops." error.

User needs to use old registrations or change source code and recompile plugin.

I can't understand the reason but my submissions get AC on the server and submission error in acm-server. May be some changes in TIMUS engine?
